My beef with Valentine’s Day (other than it being a unashamedly commercial concoction):
1. Why just this one day to display your love to the people around you? Why not everyday?
2. Why just the people who love you? Why not those whom you find especially unlovable?
Too easy.
Too darn easy.
Love ain’t easy.
